| รายละเอียดงาน : | 1. Define and optimise key customer segments, develop acquisition marketing 2. Up-sell/cross-sell programmes, perform and leverage research, and drive customer loyalty. Lead effective promotional pricing strategy. 3. Key functional responsibilities will include: Develop ongoing strategies to continually test, learn and leverage in order to maximise 4. Growth of customer LTV and transactional revenue. Create marketing programmes to increase acquisition numbers, category holding per customer, and ticket size per head, including solid value propostion of King Power Membership Card. 5. Defining and implementing a promotional pricing strategy, driving profitability through the optimisation of pricing structures. 6. Managing promotional pricing trials across the businesses, and providing insight / conclusions and recommendations |
